At Themesfy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • You purchased the same theme more than once by mistake.

  • The theme is broken or not functioning as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

  • Once refunds are approved it will be credited to the customer’s original payment mode within 7 business days

Please note that we do not provide refunds in cases where:

  • You change your mind after the purchase.

  • You don’t have the technical skills to use the product.

  • A feature you assumed would be included is not part of the theme (we recommend reviewing the product description thoroughly before purchase).

Return Policy

Since all our products are digital downloads, returns are not applicable. Once a product is downloaded, it cannot be “returned” in a traditional sense. However, our team is always available to support you with installation and minor customization guidance.

How to Request a Refund

  • Order number

  • Theme name

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any relevant screenshots or error details

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
